Abstract Objective： To analyze quality of nursing in patients with cerebral thrombosis， the application of clinical nursing effect. Method： We chose 86 cerebral thrombosis patients， and randomly divided into two groups，controlled group which contained 42 cases was given basic nursing， 44 cases in observation group were given high quality on the basis of basic nursing care， compared patient care and nursing satisfaction of the two groups. Result： After nursing，SAS scores and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower， and that of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. After nursing， patients daily life activities ability score of the two groups increased significantly， and daily life activities ability score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Length of stay of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group， and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group， with significant difference（ P<0.05）. Conclusion： High quality nursing care for patients with cerebral thrombosis， is conducive to ease the anxiety， depression， and the bad mood， can significantly shorten the hospitalization time， promote the rehabilitation of patients daily life activities ability is worth popularization in clinical.
