Abstract Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of clinical patients with Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer 10 day sequential therapy.Method: 90 patients with Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer in our hospital were selected, and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 45 cases in each group. The control group used the triple therapy of Omeprazole enteric coated capsules 20 mg/times, Amoxicillin 100 mg/times, Clarithromycin 50 mg/times, combined use of drugs, 2 times a day, for 10 days as a course of 1. In the experimental group, 10 day sequential therapy, 5 days ago, to the enteric coated Omeprazole capsule 20 mg/times, Amoxicillin 100 mg/times, 2 times a day. After 5 days, to the enteric coated Omeprazole capsules 20 mg/times, Clarithromycin 50 mg/times, Metronidazole 40 mg/times, the drug combination, 2 times a day, and a total of 10 days to 1 course. After treatment of Helicobacter pylori in two groups of patients, the clinical curative effect of eradication and recurrence rate were observed. Result:(1)After the treatment, the experimental group therapy for Helicobacter pylori eradication situation better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05).(2) After the treatment, the patients in the experimental group the total effective rate was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05).( 3)After treatment, the experimental group the recurrence relapse rate was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of 10 day sequential therapy in Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer treatment significantly, can promote ulcer healing, so as to improve clinical symptoms, reduce relapse rate.
