Abstract Objective：To explore the fat in a role in the treatment of children with neonatal hypoxic ischemia encephalopathy.Method：120 children with HIE were selected as the research object， the patients were randomly divided into two groups， the experimental group of patients on the basis of routine therapy used ganglioside treatment， control group children take regular treatment.The curative effect of patients after treatment， clinical symptoms returned to normal time and so on were investigated.Result：After treatment，the effect was obviously improved， the recovery time of clinical symptom was shorten， and DQ scores was improved， serum NSE levels was lower too of the experimental group， compared with the control group differences were statistically significant（ P<0.05）.Conclusion：The ganglioside in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemia encephalopathy has obvious clinical effect， can improve the effect of clinical treatment， is worth further promotion and use.
