Abstract Objective: To investigate the infection of pregnant women in Chaoyang area TORCH, and followup of TORCH-IgM antibody positive pregnant women with adverse pregnancy outcomes, in order to improve the health care of pregnant women and provide experimental data.Method: 2365 cases of pregnant women serum on treatment of acquisition, detection of TORCH-IgM antibody by capture ELISA method for TORCH-IgG antibody detection principle, the principle of indirect ELISA method. Result:2365 cases of early pregnant women were TORCH specific antibody detection of IgM and IgG positive pregnant women, screening of specific IgM antibody of five kinds of pathogens in 25 cases, the total positive rate was 1.05%. From the infection situation,CMV(0.34%),HSV(0.25%)>RV(0.25%)>TOX(0.16%),CMV infection rate was the highest, followed by HSV, RV. CMV, HSV I, RV specific antibody IgG in pregnancy condition had a higher detection rate, respectively: 89.85%, 89.89%, 81.48%. In 14 cases of pregnant women with adverse pregnancy outcome of 25 cases of TORCH infection, the highest incidence of abortion. The other 11 cases were sampled during pregnancy amniotic fluid cell culture, diagnosed 3 cases of abnormal karyotype. Conclusion: TORCH is performed in women of childbearing age( IgM, IgG) screening before pregnancy can effectively reduce the abnormal infants birth, TORCH detection is of important significance in prenatal screening.
