| Nursing of Vacuum Sealing Drainage in Treatment of Anterior Tibial Bone Exposure |

Abstract Objective：To investigate the nursing experiences of vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） in the treatment of anterior tibial bone exposure.Method：40 patients with anterior tibia bone exposure treated with VSD were received the comprehensive nursing including psychological intervention，wound surface nursing, drainage tube nursing， and so on.The postoperative wound repair， healing of fracture and nursing satisfaction were observed.Result：After VSD treatment and comprehensive nursing care， 40 patients were reached the wound repair and bone healing.The satisfaction rate of nursing skills and nursing attitude was 97.5%， 95.0% respectively.Conclusion：VSD combined with comprehensive nursing care in treatment of anterior tibial bone exposure have obvious effect and high nursing satisfaction， is worth the clinical promotion.
