Abstract Objective： To observe and analyze the small dose of Methyl prednisolone sodium succinate andcombination treatment with Prednisone children refractory mycoplasma lasma pneumoniae pneumonia（ RMPP） curative effect.Method：100 cases children refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were selected from July 2013 to July 2013 inour hospital， according to random number table method to each 50 cases were divided into control group and observationgroup， two groups of foundation treatment， observation group at the same time giving small doses of a Prednisolone sodiumsuccinate and combination treatment with Prednisone， two groups of treatment effect was compared and the researchresults related data for statistical processing.Result： Compared with the control group，the observation group’s lungsounds， cough and other symptoms and signs disappeared earlier， temperature recovery time earlier， shorter hospital
stay， the differences between groups were statistically significant（ P< 0.05）. Compared with before treatment， twogroups of children with C - reactive protein， the proportion of neutrophils and blood sedimentation inflammatory indexeswere obviously improved， before and after the difference had statistical significance（ P<0.05）. Compared with thecontrol group and observation group with C-reactive protein， the proportion of neutrophils and improve better blood
sedimentation， differences between groups were statistically significant（ P<0.05）. Conclusion：In children refractorymycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in clinical treatment， small dose of Methyl prednisolone sodium succinate combinedPrednisone exact effect， can improve the clinical symptoms in the short term， improve inflammation index， worth clinicalpromotion use
