Abstract Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of the vagina operation in treatment of unruptured tubal pregnancy.Method：According to the actual operation method in patients with 86 cases of fallopian tube pregnancy in our hospital admitted patients were divided into experimental group 42 cases and control group with 44 cases.The patients in the exeperimental group received transvaginal tubal resection，patients incontrol group were treated with laparoscopic tubal resection，after operation，morbidity，complications and hospitalization expenses were compared. Result：Operation time，bleeding volume，possoperative exhaust time and hospital stay of two groups were no significant difference（P>0.05），while the postoperative morbidity，incidence of complications and hospitalization costs in the experimental group were lower than the control group，with significant ficant difference（ P<0.05）.The experiment group for one years the pregnancy rate was 71.43%， one yeas again ectopic pregnancy rate was 19.04%，compared with the control group no significant difference conclusion.Conclusion：Transvaginal operation in treatment of tubal pregnancy by laparoscopic operation compared with similar efficacy，but with a low cost of hospitalization，abdominal wound，low rate of postoperative analgesia， no electrical injury，fast recovery，high degree of satisfaction，is obviously better than that of laparoscopic operation，the higher the value of clinical application.
