Abstract Objective：To analyze the Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets（ Marvelon） effect in the treatment of uterine scar incomplete drug abortion intrauterine residue.Method：142 cases of medicine logistics postpartum were selected in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2014， in which two weeks patients were with persistent vaginal bleeding，were randomly divided into two groups， the observation group of 72 cases with Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets
combined with motherwort conservative treatment， the control group of 70 cases with drug abortion decidual residue operation curettage therapy， compared two the therapeutic effect of the group. Result： The observation group hemostasis rate was 84.7%（61/72） was significantly higher than that in control group 47.1%（33/70）， with significant difference（P<0.05）；the observation group after treatment of uterine volume（ 143.6±50.2）cm3 was significantly lower than that of control group（ 169.9±54.4）cm3，endometrial thickness（ 0.8±0.2）cm also significantly less than that of the control group（ 1.4±0.3）cm，the duration of vaginal bleeding after drug（ 5.6±2.2）d was significantly shorter than that in control group（ 9.4±2.5）d，gestational residue discharge time（ 4.2±2.5）d was significantly shorter than that in control group（ 6.8 ±2.8）d，menstruation was significantly better than the control group， the difference differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Marvelon in the treatment of incomplete abortion Intrauterine Residue after the hemostasis rate is high， the vaginal bleeding time is short，and which can regulate menstruation and promote uterine recovery.
