Abstract Objective：To explore the clinical characteristics of Ann Ⅲ class wrong occlusal deformity in our hospital.Method：100 cases of Ann Ⅲ such wrong occlusal deformity were selected from May 2013 to May 2013， and the clinical characteristics were treated and analyzed.Result：Wrong occlusal male 45%， female 55%， male and female sex ratio had no difference（ P>0.05）.Individual teeth dislocation（ 28%）， anterior teeth crowding accounted for 22%， deep overburden occlusal accounted for 17%， deep super occlusal accounted for 15%， the occlusal accounted for 13%， the blade occlusal accounted for 3%， open occlusal accounted for 1%，the other 1%.Conclusion：Make Ann Ⅲ class wrong occlusal deformity flow clinial study， can provide accurate reference basis for clinical prevention and treatment， in order to ensure overall oral health.
