Abstract Objective:To analyze the patients with acute cerebral infarction after simvastatin treatment using serum interleukin-6(IL-6), and serum C-reactive protein( CRP) level changes in circumstances。Method:60 patients of acute cerebral infarction( ACI) in our hospital were selected from March 2013 to September 2014,and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated in the routine based on symptomatic treatment with simvastatin, the control group was treated by conventional integrated symptomatic treatment alone. Before and after treatment, the rate nephelometry and radioimmunoassay were respectively used to measured the groups’ CRP and IL-6 levels.Result:The total effective rate of treatment group was 90%,the total effective rate of control group was 70%, the total efficiency of the treatment group compared with the control group was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, the difference of two groups’ IL-6 and CRP levels had no statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment, the patients via the corresponding IL-6 and CRP levels were decreased compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05),but the treatment group’s patients with IL-6 and CRP levels were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant comparison(P<0.05). Conclusion:In patients with acute cerebral infarction using simvastatin has significant clinical effect, can effectively reduce serum levels of IL-6 and CRP, anti-inflammatory effect is good.
