Abstract Objective:To explore the curative effect of vaginal anterior and posterior prolapse after vaginal bridge repair. Method:Based a retrospective analysis, the clinical data of cases from January 2009 to March 2012 with vaginal anterior and posterior prolapse had been repaired in our hospital were collected,34 cases were treated by vaginal bridge repair and 29 cases by classical repair from January 2006 to March 2009.Then the curative effect of the two operative methods in the near future were compared.Result:The operation time of the vaginal anterior and posterior bridge repair were( 1.20±0.64)hours, the loss blood were( 10.5±3.96)mL,the recurrence rate was 0.Compared with traditional repair, the operation time were( 1.70±0.74)hours,the loss blood were( 36.90±2.46)mL,the recurrence rate was 10.34%, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comapred with classical repair, vaginal bridge repair can make shorter operation time, less intraoperative bleeding and postoperative recurrence rate is lower, and there is no urethra, bladder injury, and we don’t find the rectum injury and vaginal wall hematoma and so on.The recent curative effect is satisfied.
