Abstract Objective:To analysis the clinical application of the outer ring aperture approach of lower abdominal incision in the treatment of inguinal hernia in children efficacy. Method:82 cases of inguinal hernia in children were selected and divided into the study group and contrast group, 41 cases in each group. The study group patients were treated by the outer ring aperture approach of lower abdominal small incision, the contrast group were treated by the traditional operation method. The two groups of patients with treatment effect, complications and recurrence rate and satisfaction were compared. Result:The study group had 39 cases of effective and the effective rate was 95.1%, significantly higher than the contrast group’s 78% of 32 cases, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the study group had complications of scrotal edema were 2 cases, the control group of 3 cases scrotal edema,2 cases hematoma, and 1 case incision infection, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 2 monthes, the study group of recurrence was 1 case of 2.4%, and contrast group patients were 4 cases of 9.8%; the satisfaction of the study group was higher than the contrast group ,the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of lower abdominal small incision into the path of external ring of treatment of inguinal hernia in children is significantly,it can
significantly improve the clinical effect and patients’ satisfaction.
