Abstract With the development of the occurrence of diabetes duration，all sorts of complications ensued，one of them is diabetic nephropathy.It is caused by the body state of sustained high blood sugar，while the DPP-4 inhibitors can reduce glucagon sample peptide-1（GLP-1） degradation，it can improve the body blood sugar state，in order to delay the progression of diabetic nephropathy.In addition，the DPP-4 in order to delay the progression of diabetic nephropathy.
