| The Early Diagnosis and Treatment of Endoscopic in the Digestive Tract Tumor |

Abstract Objective： To study the clinical value of early diagnosis and treatment of endoscopic in the digestive tract tumor， and to provide reference for the early diagnosis and treatment of digestive tract tumors. Method： 110 patients with suspected alimentary canal tumor were collected and analyzed from January 2011 to June 2014， and patients with endoscopic examination and serum tumor markers were examined and two groups of diagnostic coincidence rate were compared. Patients under endoscopic treatment were diagnosed， and the effect of the treatment were observed and recorded. Result： 32 patients were positive for by pathological examination， 30 cases positive by endoscopy， 2 cases of misdiagnosis， the diagnosis coincidence rate was 93.75%； serum tumor markers detection were 23 cases positive， 9 cases of misdiagnosis，the diagnosis coincidence rate was 71.875%； the difference of two test modes was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Before the treatment， patients’ life quality score of （ 53.8±5.4）， after treatment， the patients quality life score of（ 85.1±6.5）， before and after treatment the difference in the quality of life was statistically significant（P<0.05）. 32 patients after endoscopic therapy had achieved good curative effect， no adverse reaction and complications occurred， CR of 10 cases， PR of 12 cases， SD of 5 cases， PD of 5 cases， the total effective rate was 68.75%.Conclusion： The application of endoscopy in early diagnosis and treatment of digestive tract tumor has important clinical significance， diagnosis coincidence rate is high， the treatment effect， less adverse reaction， and quality of life in patients with increased significantly，it is worth clinical promotion.
