Abstract Objective：To investigate the clinical significance for the serum levels of High Sensitivity C Reactive Protein（hs-CRP），Albumin（ALB）and Fibrinogen（ FIB） in gestational hypertension disease.Method：To select the pregnancy hypertension women（121cases，observational group） and the healthy pregnant women（60 cases，the control group） at the same gestational age in our hospital to determine the serum levels of hs-CRP，ALB，FIB among them，from October 2010 to October 2013.Result：The serum levels of hs-CRP，FIB were higher in observational group than in the control group（P<0.05），the serum levels of ALB were higher in the control group than moderate and severe cases（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The serum levels of hs-CRP，FIB，ALB has clinical significance for diagnose and the judgments of condition severity in gestational hypertension disease.
