Abstract Objective：To reseach the clinical character of the heart rate variability（HRV） and QT dispersion in the patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）.Method：The patients with coronary heart disease by coronary angiography confirmed（CHD group，n=78） and normal coronary angiography examiners（control group，n=64） were chosen and given 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring.The parameters of HRV and QT dispersion were calculated，and the features of these parameters were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Result：HRV（SDNN，SDANN，RMSSD，pNN50，TP and HF ）decreased in CHD group compared with control group（P<0.05），while QT dispersion prolonged in CHD group compared with control group（P<0.01）.Conclusion：HRV is decreased and QT dispersion is prolonged in CHD patients.
