iv, qd, course of 5-7 d. High dose group of Xiyanping injection intravenous drip Xiyanping injection 10 mg/(kg·d)dissolved in 100-250 mL of 5% glucose injection,iv,qd,course of 5-7 d.Fever, cough, sputum, and lung’s clinical symptoms and signs improved situation and adverse reactions of two groups were observed.Result:The total effective rate of low doses group was 91.1%(41/45),the total effective rate of high dose group was 93.3%(42/45),there were no statistical difference(P>0.05);but the high dose of Xiyanping in cooling time of treatment group was better than the low
dose treatment group(P<0.05), the two group the incidence of adverse reaction had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:High dose and low dose treatment groups is effective in the treatment of acute bronchitis in children, can rapidly relieve symptoms andshorten the course of disease, and the safety is good.
