Abstract Objective： To probe the clinical effect observation of cerebral infarction in treatment of clopidogrel combining with fluvastatin.Method：84 patients who suffered from cerebral infarction and accepted treatment in our hospital were selected as the research objects from March 2012 to March 2014，and these patients were randomly divided into the control group，and observation group，42 patients in each group. In the control group， they were treated with the
routine curing while in the observation group， they were treated with the method of clopidogrel combining with fluvastatin. Then， the clinical effects of both groups were analyzed.Result：The overall effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.86%， compared that of 71.43% in the control group，the difference was statistically significance（P<0.05）.Before the treatments， the blood lipid level of these two groups of patients had no evident difference（P>0.05）. However，after the treatment， the observation group was evidently better than the control group，the differences had the statistically significance（P<0.05）.Furthermore， according to the ADL score and the NIHSS score of these two groups， before the treatment， they had no evident differences. However， after the treatment， both these two groups of patients had evident differences and the observation group was evidently better than the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of cerebral infarction with the method of clopidogrel combining with fluvastatin is safe and can effectively restore the cranial nerve injury， which can improve the living ability of patients and improve their blood lipid level.Thus，it is worth promoting further in the clinical applications.
