Abstract Objective: To analysis the effect of B-Lynch suture technique for high risk postpartum hemorrhage.Method: 34 patients with risk factors in postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section in our hospital were selected fromJanuary 2013 to December 2013,and randomly divided into two groups,22 cases in observation group and 12 cases inthe control group, the control group was treated by the massage of the uterus and drug treatment, the observation group wastreated by B-Lynch suture technique for the treatment on the basic of it,the treatment effect of two groups were compared.Result:The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative blood transfusion rate, blood transfusion amount,uterus resection rate, incidence of puerperal were significantly lower in the observation group than that in control group,the differences between groups had statistical significance( P<0.05).Preoperative Hb level minus the postoperative Hblevel of 24 h in observation group was( 2.43±1.12)g/L,control group was( 3.73±1.42)g/L,the differences betweengroups had statistical significance( t=4.17,P<0.01).Conclusion: The improved B-Lynch suture technique in therapyfor cesarean section contractions fatigue sex postpartum hemorrhage can obviously shorten the operation time,and is highsafety, efficacy significantly, worthy of further clinical application.
