Abstract Objective：To analyze the clinical curative of transurethral resection combined with pirarubicin intravesical chemotherapy in the treatment of superficial bladder cancer.Method：72 cases patients from June 2010 to June 2012 were selected and analyzed.With the random number table， the patients were divided into experimental group and control group，36 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated the transurethral resection combined with pirarubicin intravesical chemotherapy，the control group was treated with transurethral resection.The short-term efficacy of two groups were observed and followed up for 1 year.Result：The catheter indwelling time of experimental group patients were（3.7±0.5） d，which in control group patients were（6.3±0.7）d，the difference was statistically
significant（P<0.05）；after operation one year， the experiment group 6 patients occurred tumor recurrence，12 cases of control group relapsed，compared two groups of patients tumor recurrence rate ，the difference has statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion：Electrovaporization combined with bladder instillation in treatment of superficial bladder cancer is better in effect.The patients’ short-term recurrence rate are significantly lower， and the patients’treatment satisfaction
improve， it is worth in the clinical application.
