Abstract Objective： To investigate the effect of sufentanil midazolam intraspinal anesthesia clinical effect and application value. Method： In our hospital 90 elective abdominal operation patients with intraspinal anesthesia，were randomly divided into two groups， 45 cases in each group， Ⅰ group sufentanil combined with midazolam， Ⅱ group and fentanyl combined with midazolam， analyze clinical effect of the two groups. Result： After induction of anesthesia，operation began， at the end of Ⅰ group patients with systolic blood pressure， diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than that of the Ⅱ group， the difference was statistically significant（ P<0.05）. Analgesic and sedative effect of theⅠ group than that of the Ⅱ group， the Ⅱ group to maintain the dosage was small， the onset time of the Ⅰ group than in the Ⅱ group quickly， adverse reaction and inhibition of respiratory complications were less than the Ⅱ group， in the wash
and exploration on the abdominal cavity， Ⅰ group had the body movement， and cardiovascular fluctuations than the Ⅱgroup was significantly. Conclusion： As adjuvant of spinal anesthesia， the composite sufentanil midazolam sedation and anterograde amnesia effect is good， fast， safe and adverse reaction rate.
