| The Effect Study of Whole Nursing to Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis and Hemoptysis |

Abstract Objective： To observe the clinical application effect of the whole nursing intervention in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis，so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical nursing service level.Method： 80 cases pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis patients in our hospital were selected，and randomly divided into two groups according to random number table： control group of 36 cases were given traditional holistic nursing， and observation group of 44 cases were given the whole nursing intervention on the basis of traditional overall care.The hemoptysis duration，hospitalization days， satisfaction of nursing， nursing quality， and quality of life in patients with anxiety and depression of emotional state of two groups of patients were observed. Result： Compared with the control group， the hemoptysis duration and hospitalization days of the observation group were significantly shorter，the satisfaction of nursing and the nursing quality were higher， the patient’s quality of life scale score was higher，the anxiety self-assessment scale scores and depression self rating scale scores were lower，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Compared with the data before treatment of the observation group，the patients’ quality of life scale scores after treatment was higher，the anxiety self-assessment scale scores and depression self rating scale score were lower，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion： The whole nursing intervention in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis can shorten the duration of hemoptysis and hospitalization time， improve the quality of life and the emotional state，improve the quality of nursing service and the satisfaction of medical staff.
