Abstract Objective：To investigate the effect of partial resection of bladder and transurethral resection of bladder tumor（ TURBT） for treatment of superficial bladder cancer.Method：A total of 100 patients with T1T2 bladder neoplasm were randomly divided into two groups， each contained 50 cases.The control group was treated with partial resection of bladder， while the treated group was treated with TURBT.The operative time， blood loss， catheterization time， incidence of postoperative complication and recurrence rate was compared.Result：The operative time， blood loss， catheterization time of the observation group was significance of the indicators between the two groups（ P<0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complication of the observation group（ 2.1%） was significantly lower than that of the control group（ 16.8%）（ P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups. Conclusion：This study shows that the TURBT and partial resection of bladder have the similar recurrence rate.But TURBT has the advantage of shorter operative time， less trauma， less bleeding， faster recovery and low incidence of postoperative complication.
