Abstract Objective: To find out the health status of some civil servants,and provide a basis for preventive health care for the civil servants. Method: 763 cases of the civil service health outcome in our hospital in 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.Result: The results showed that the health status of the civil servants were not optimistic, only 4 of the seized items were no obvious abnormalities, physical examination pass rate was 0.53%. Anomaly detection rate in the order of 10 former is hyperuricemia, dyslipidemia, hypertension, abnormal electrocardiogram, gallbladder polyps and stones, liver dysfunction, prostate disease, fatty liver, kidney cysts, and fasting hyperglycemia. Male workers high uric acid, high cholesterol, fatty liver,and hypertension were significantly higher than that of females, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). Men hyperlipidemia, high blood pressure, ECG abnormalities,and prostate lesion detection rate increased with age. Women aged 50-59 years old of high blood pressure and abnormal electrocardiogram significantly increased the detection rate significantly. Conclusion: The health status of civil servants is not optimistic,high detection rate of chronic non-communicable diseases, it must to do something to eliminate the risk factors of chronic diseases, strengthen health education to improve health awareness, change lifestyle, establish the medical files, examine regularly and control of these diseases effectively.
