Abstract Objective：To reduce the unnecessary drug-return on our work ，so as to improve clinical using medicines safely and effectively.Method：The reason of drug-return，system and methods of the drug-retrurn management were analyzed.The situation of drug-return from October 2013 to March 2014 were analyzed. Result：The situation of drug-reyurn had improved obviously from new system computer in our Hospital. The average rate of drugreturn had reduced to 3% in March 2014 from 6% in December 2013.Conclusion：The personnel of pharmacy，doctors and nurses should try hard jointly，to reduce the drug-return，to make the drug-return reasonably and canonically.
