Abstract Objective：To investigate the relation between the amount of HBV-DNA in serum of patients with HBV infection and the marker of hepatitis B virus.Method：Serum HBV-DNA was quantitatively detected by tiny plank nucleic acid hybridize technique of PCR to 200 policlinic patients infected with HBV and 20 healthy men.Result：The men were divided into 5 groups with the marker of HBV， there were significance differences from student test between HBsAg， HBeAg， HBcAb masculine and others.Conclusion：It is as index that the marker of HBV monitor hepatitis B virus infection， which couldn’t reflect completely replication of HBV.Quantitative detection of HBV-DNA had important significance to moniter the state of HBV infection and drug treatment.
