Abstract Objective:To investigate the relation between the amount of HBV-DNA in serum of patients with HBV infection and the marker of hepatitis B virus.Method:Serum HBV-DNA was quantitatively detected by tiny plank nucleic acid hybridize technique of PCR to 200 policlinic patients infected with HBV and 20 healthy men.Result:The men were divided into 5 groups with the marker of HBV, there were significance differences from student test between HBsAg, HBeAg, HBcAb masculine and others. Conclusion:It is as index that the marker of HBV monitor hepatitis B virus infection, which couldn’t reflect completely replication of HBV.Quantitative detection of HBV-DNA had important significance to moniter the state of HBV infection and drug treatment.
