Abstract Objective：To investigate the clinical value of Resistance index（ RI） of Ultrasound with serum tumormarkers CA125，CA199 and CA72-4 in diagnosis of ovarian cancer.Method：92 patients were selected in our hospitalfrom May 2011 to May 2014，42 patients with ovarian cancer as the malignant group and 50 patients with benign ovarytumor as the contrast group.They were tested with tumor markers CA125，CA199，CA72-4 prior to the operation andresistance index（ RI） of ultrasound and then the diagnostic value were observed.Result： The CA125，CA199，CA72-4in ovarian cancer group were obviously higher and the RI was obviously lower， the differences were statistically significantof the two groups（P<0.05）.The sensitivity of tumor maker CA125，CA199，CA72-4 were 71%，35% and 31%；thesensitivity and specificity of resistance index were 66.7% and 92%；Combined Resistance index（ RI） of Ultrasound and
tumor markers results，the sensitivity and specificity were 95.7% and 96.2%，the differences were statistically significantof the two groups（P<0.05）.Conclusion： The combination of Resistance index（ RI） of Ultrasound and tumor marketsCA125，CA199，CA72-4 can improve the sensitivity and the specificity in diagnosis of ovarian cancer ，and can be aneffective diagnosis method.
