Abstract Objective：To quantitatively evaluate the clinical governance in department of obstetrics and gynecology based on grey fuzzy evaluation method. Method： Various indicators in clinical governan ce of obstetrics and gynecology were expert score，then the weight value and the quantitative coefficient of evaluation system were calculated based on fuzzy mathematics method and grey system theory，in the final the comprehensive evaluation coefficient was obtained.Result：The quantitative results of the evaluation reflected the real situation of all aspects of index factors in hospital nursing objectively and reasonably. Conclusion：The establishment of evaluation system can be effective and timely to assess the governance of clinical obstetrics and Gynecology， and thus to improve， that supervised internal construction and enhance patient’s degree of satisfaction as well.
