Abstract Objective:To explore the effects of pre-hospital first aid measures on the prognosis of acute myocardial infarction. Method: Used the retrospective analysis method,120 cases were randomly selected from the acute myocardial infarction patients who were treated in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014.60 cases were treated by our pre-hospital first aid,as the first aid group;another 60 cases voluntarily came to the hospital for treatment, as the control group. Then the first aid group’s rescue and transport measures were analyzed, the mortality and satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result: The first aid group had 1 case died on the scene for 1.67%,3 cases died after admission for 5%, the total mortality was 6.67%,higher than the control group of 13.33%;and it’s patients’satisfaction was 98.33%,significantly higher than the latter 70%, the differences were statistically significant( P<0.05).Conclusion:Pre-hospital first aid is very necessary for patients with acute myocardial infarction, which can improve the rescue success rate, ensure patients’ health and reduce mortality.
