Abstract Objective:To explore a variety of typical and atypical clinical symptoms and signs of ultrasonic diagnosis of digestive tract perforation clinical analysis.Method:76 cases of patients with digestive tract perforation were reviewed from June 2005 to June 2014, which was confirmed by surgery ultrasound image data, in combination with X-ray and clinical treatment were analyzed. Result:76 cases of digestive tract perforation ultrasound diagnosis were consistent with surgery diagnosis. By the ultrasonic positioning of the 13 cases of digestive tract perforation were consistent with the parts in operation. The x-ray examination of 65 cases with typical clinical symptoms of digestive tract perforation were consistent with the parts of ultrasound diagnosis. 11 cases of atypical clinical symptoms of digestive tract perforation were prompted by ultrasound that there was a small amount of gas in abdominal cavity. Suggested that after clinical pressurized air and reviewed by the X-ray was positive and confirmed.Conclusion:The digestive tract perforation ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate is high. Especially for the early and atypical clinical symptoms of digestive tract perforation is superior to the X-ray diagnosis.And makes up for the defect of the X-ray that can't locate. For suspected cases still can guide clinical further lines of other corresponding examination and confirmed. To avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis in clinical has important guiding significance.
