Abstract Objective：To investigate the prognosis of acute myocardial infarction malignant ventricular arrhythmia patients.Method： 45 patients of acute myocardial infarction malignant ventricular arrhythmia were selected as the observation group，and 45 patients of coronary heart disease no acute myocardial infarction malignant ventricular arrhythmia were selected，all of them were treated by electric defibrillator，electroconversion，implanted cardioverterdefibrillator and medicine cure， results of the two group were compared and analyzed. Result：24 hour cure succeed ratio of two groups were respectively 77.77%，100%.In two weeks survival ratio of two groups were respectively 66.66%，88.88%.In 1 year survival ratio of two groups were respectively 57.77%，84.44%.Compared the two groups，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The survival ratio of malignant ventricular arrhythmia patients were lower and the mortality were very high，for this kind patient，electric defibrillator，electroconversion，and medicine cure must be used at once to improve prognosis and reduce mortality.
