Abstract Objective: To investigate the influence of propofol combined with dezocine on hemodynamic and breathing in patients with painless artificial abortion. Method: 1600 cases of patients with painless artificial abortion from June 2013 to January 2014 at our hospital were selected as research subjects. They were randomly divided into the dezocine group and the fentanyl group, 800 cases in each group. The patients in dezocine group were given dezocine joint propofol to anaesthetize, while the patients in fentanyl group were given fentanyl joint propofol.Respiratory rate and hemodynamic parameters of Patients were observed and recorded before anesthesia, two minutes after anesthesia and at the end of surgery after waking up. Result: All patients’ SBP, HR, SpO2 and respiration rate was significantly lower in two minutes after anesthesia than before anesthesia(P<0.05). SBP, HR, SpO2 and respiratory rate of patients of the dezocine group were significantly higher than that of the fentanyl patients when two minutes after anesthesia and patients awake after surgery (P<0.05). Conclusion: Dezocine combined with propofol anesthesia has small effects on hemodynamic of patients with painless artificial abortion, and does not produce a strong respiratory inhibition.
