Abstract Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of montelukast combined with Seretide in treatment of bronchial asthma.Method：Using a random number table 108 cases of bronchial asthma patients were divided into the control group and the combination group（n=54）.The control group was treated with seretide，the combination group was treated with seretide and montelukast，comparing the treatment effects of two groups. Result：The combined group FVC，FEV1，PEF values and clinical control rate after treatment，the total effective rate was significantly higher （P<0.05）.Asthma integral combined group after treatment was significantly lower than the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion：Montelukast joint Seretide treatment of bronchial asthma，which can effectively relieve symptoms， improve ventilation，significant clinical effect， should be widely applied.
