Abstract Objective:To analyze the value of the application of dynamic monitoring of serum H-FABP in the determination of acute brain injury patient's condition. Method:Patients with acute brain injury in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2014 were divided into the mild,moderate group and severe group according to the severity,included 26 cases,23 cases and 25 cases. Other 30 cases of healthy were chosen as the control group. The changes of serum
H-FABP level of different groups were compared,and they were taken for following up. The differences of 24 hours after hospital admission between serum H-FABP level for different prognosis (severe disability,moderate disability,good recovery)were compared. Result:The Serum H-FABP levels of various time periods of the acute brain injury group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The changes of serum H-FABP level among the three groups lasted mild group,moderate group and severe group were with significant differences(P<0.05).The serum H-FABP levels increased with the disease worsen. The highest point of serum levels of H-FABP occurred 1 day after admission.The serum H-FABP levels 24 h after hospitalization for acute brain injury patients with different prognosis were with significant differences,the lower of the serum H-FABP level,the worse of the prognosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum H-FABP level in patients is positively correlated with the situation of acute brain injury,and it has instructive significance for prognosis.
