Abstract Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of captopril sublingual administering and nitroglycerin emergency treatment intravenous drip in hypertension.Method：From February 2011 to October 2011， 76 cases of hypertension patients in emergency department of our hospital，76 patients were divided into two groups at random，the control group only sublingual administering captopril treatment，observation group with captopril joint nitroglycerin sublingual administering intravenous drip for treatment.Result：25 cases were markedly improved in observation group 38 cases，11 cases effectiveness and 2 cases， the total effective rate was 94.7%，the control group of 38 cases，20 cases were markedly effective，10 cases effectiveness and 8 cases， the total effective rate was 78.9%， two groups of patients with clinical effect contrast， significant difference was statistically significant（ P < 0.05）.Conclusion：The sublingual captopril administering and nitroglycerin intravenous drip，and in the clinical treatment of patients with hypertensive emergency treatment effect is good，and very convenient，safe，and suggest that clinical popularization and application.
