Abstract Objective:To explore the oxidative stress and immune status impact study on sepsis patients by ω-3polyunsaturated fatty acids.Method:Patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were accepted nutrients such as nitrogen, such as heat all-in-one parenteral nutrition support and the corresponding conventional treatment, continuous for 7 d.Which controls provided by the long chain fatty milk 20%, observation group by omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid + 20% long chain fatty milk. Before and after treatment oxidative stress response and immune function changes of the related indexes were compared of the two groups, and make analysis summary.Result:The observation group in the eighth day after the treatment of inflammation and immune indexes improved than the control group significantly( P<0.05), oxygen stress index, plasma lipid peroxides LOP, serum MDA declined significantly, serum glutathione GSH was increased after treatment( P<0.05), oxidative stress response to effective control.Conclusion:Omega-3 PUFAs can improve the immune function of patients with sepsis, reduce inflammation, effective control of oxidative stress reaction.
