Abstract Objective：To study the effect of minimally invasive treatment to improve the therapeutic effect of department of hepatobiliary surgery.Method：To analysis the treatment effect of surg gynecot in minimally invasive with laparoscopic surgery and traditional open surgery in Surg gynecot for example.Result：The time of surgery，hemorrhagic in operation，recovery time gastrointestinal，hospital stay，the ratio of complications of laparoscopic surgery in Surg gynecot was obviously lower than traditional open surgery，the differences was significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：It is very significant for minimally invasive treatment to improve the therapeutic effect of department of hepatobiliary surgery.
