Abstract Objective：To study clinical application value and its influence of transurethral ureteroscopy and percutaneous nephroscope in ureteral calculi surgery patients.Method：A retrospective analysis of our hospital uropoiesis surgical department from January 2012 to July 2014 accepts treatment， the clinical data of 120 patients with ureteral calculi were randomly divided into experimental group and control group， experimental group of patients with urethral ureter mirror surgery method of treatment， the control group were treated by skin kidney surgery method of treatment the mirror， by observing two groups of patients with calculi clearance rate of adverse reaction operation time and operation expenses， etc.Result：Ureter mirror：the experimental group USES the urethra stone extraction for the cure rate of patients was obviously higher than that of control group， and the probability of adverse reactions are significantly lower than the
control group， shorter operation time， less operation cost， the patient’s recovery was good， but the control group of stone clearance rate higher than that of the experimental group， whereas the control of operation time was long， the high cost of operation， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Ureteroscopy take urethral stone with high cure rate Less adverse reaction Recovery time is short high safety， can effectively reduce the incidence of serious complications， the patients treated with percutaneous nephroscope calculi clearance rate is high， but the operation time is long， the high cost of operation， therefore， before the surgery should be the best treatment for different patients take corresponding measures， in order to improve the success rate of surgery.
