Abstract Objective:To study and discussion of early traumatic give patients with renal contusion selective renal artery embolization therapy and clinical significance of the effect observed.Method:60 patients with early renal contusion trauma from June 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital were selected, and randomly divided into two groups evenly, implementing selective renal artery embolization for the treatment group, and given traditional therapy patients in the control group, two groups of patients for hematuria disappeared time, clinical symptoms and signs disappeared,complications number of cases, the cure rate , patient satisfaction,and mortality were compared.Result:The patients with hematuria disappeared time, clinical symptoms and signs disappeared, complications number of cases, the cure rate, or patient satisfaction rate, mortality rates of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of selective arterial embolization therapy for early stage renal contusion trauma patients, hematuria can significantly shorten the clinical symptoms and signs disappeared time, effective control of complications, improve the cure rate, patient satisfaction rate and reduce mortality, worthy of promotion to the relevant clinic.
