Abstract Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment under arthroscopy assisted habitual patellar dislocation perioperative nursing intervention and rehabilitation training on the clinical effect.Method:The medial and revascularization of 27 patients with habitual patellar dislocation in arthroscopy were assisted descending of the lateral retinaculum release.Perioperative according to different patients, psychological guidance,a comprehensive system of health knowledge education and comprehensive function rehabilitation training were given for them.Result:26 cases recovered well postoperatively,1 cases with delayed healing of incision( 18 days).No hypostatic pneumonia, complications such as deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs.Postoperative patients in hospital 5-18 d, average of 12.5 d.Follow-up of 12 to 24 months, an average of 18.5 months.1 patient because of fear pain in knee joint adhesion,active flexion was 20°and passive flexion was 110°.The rest of the patients with follow-up period without patellar dislocation relapse again, no limited knee joint activities, patellar stability was better preoperative, postoperative effect was satisfactory.Conclusion:Arthroscopic treatment of habitual patellar dislocation patients perioperative science, system,and targeted nursing intervention,which can effectively prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications, restore the knee joint function, improve patients
quality of life,and improve exercise capacity in general.
