Abstract Objective:To analyze and compare the clinical value of oral gastrointestinal ultrasound contrast agent and endoscopy in the diagnosis of gastric and duodenal disease in children.Method:110 child patients with gastric and duodenal ulcer diagnosed with oral gastrointestinal contrast agent and gastroscopy in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected as the research object.All of the patients were given oral echo type ultrasonic display and gastric and duodenal ultrasound.The effect of ultrasound and endoscopy were observed.Result:The results of angiography ultrasound showed that there were 5 cases with chronic gastritis, 98 cases with gastric ulcer, 1 case with gastric cancer, 2 cases with gastric polyp, 1 case with gastric malignant lymphoma, and 3 cases with gastroptosis.Gastroscopy diagnostic rate was 97.27%, the rate of gastroscopy contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination diagnostic rate was 100%, no obvious difference in the two inspection ways.Conclusion:In the diagnosis of gastric and duodenal disease, oral gastrointestinal contrast is of certain application value, which can be used as a complementary method to check the gastroscope and for routine examination and gastroscopy, to improve the diagnosis of gastric and duodenal ulcer.
