The Effect of Blood Glucose Control for Maternal and Child Outcomes of Gestational Diabetes Patients |

Abstract Objective:To explore the effect of blood glucose control for maternal and child outcomes of gestational diabetes patients.Method:80 pregnant women with gestational diabetes were selected from our hospital during April 2013 and August 2014,they were all used blood glucose control methods,according to the results of treatment,they were divided into two groups,one was observation group-2(40 cases) who were satisfied for glycemic control,the other was observation group-1(40 cases) who were not satisfied for glycemic control,additionally, 40 cases of normal pregnant women were selected as a control group who’s all indicators were normal.Result:In the comparison of pregnancyinduced hypertension and premature rupture of the placenta,the observation group-2 was higher than the other two groups ,and the difference was statistical significance( P<0.05).In the comparison of polyhydramnios incidence,the observation group-2 was higher than the other two groups ,and the difference was statistical significance( P<0.05).In the comparison of neonatal complications ,preterm and neonatal asphyxia ,the observation group-2 was higher than the other two groups ,and the difference was statistical significance( P<0.05).In other indicators,the three groups were no significant difference( P>0.05).Conclusion:Effective controlling of blood sugar can reduce the incidence of pregnant women during pregnancy and postpartum complications, can control postpartum neonatal complications, so it is worth to promote in clinical.
