Abstract  Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect in surgery of the storage type of autologous blood transfusion and discuss its application value, thereby relieving blood tension of the status quo.Method:60 patients with surgery from January to December 2014 were divided into autotransfusion group and allogeneic blood transfusion group. The amount of blood transfusion of the two groups during surgery was compared, red blood cells( RBC), hemoglobin(Hb) and hematocrit( Hct)were compared before and after surgery between the two groups.Result:(1)The average blood collection of autologous blood transfusion patients is(460±50) mL, the average amount of blood transfusion was (485±73)mL,In the autologous blood transfusion group,3 patients needed to input the inventory of allogeneic blood due to blood loss in the operation. The amount of blood transfusions of allogeneic blood transfusion group was(500±55) mL on average. The blood transfusion amount between of the two groups had no significant difference.(2) The difference of the amount of red blood cell, hemoglobin and heamatocrit before and after surgical procedures between the two group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Storage type of autologous blood transfusion, as a kind of commonly used clinical treatments, is a safe, effective, economical and convenient way of blood transfusion in surgery. It is one of the ways to relieve the strain of blood resources, which is worth clinical promotion.
