Abstract Objective： To observe the clinical effect and the expression of Survivin and Fas of Jianpi Liqi Formula on patients with precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis. Method： 66 patients with precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis were equally randomized into two groups， which were the control group and the treatment group（ n=33）. In the treatment group Jianpi Liqi Formula decoction was given to the patients and in the control group Weifuchun tablets was given. Treated for 12 weeks， the total effective rate， clinical symptoms， gastroscopic images，pathological changes of gastric mucous membranes， Hp-eradicating rates ， the expression of Survivin and Fas were observed. Result： The total effective rate， clinical symptoms， gastroscopic images， pathological changes of gastric mucous membranes and Hp-eradicating rates of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P<0.05）.
The expression of Survivin was suppressed and the expression of Fas was enhanced in the treatment group（ P<0.05）. Conclusion： Jianpi Liqi Formula can improve the symptoms in patients with precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis and prevent the development of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis. The mechanism of the clinical effect is probably due to down-regulate Survivin expression and up-regulate Fas expression.
