Abstract Objective:To investigate the relationship of female infertility and chromosome abnormality.Method:132 female patients with infertility were selected, and karyotype analysis of the peripheral blood lymphocytes were carried out by standard methods, and G binding.Result:There were 10 cases of abnormal karyotypes which was 7.57% in all examiner.The Turners syndromes were the most common, 40.0% of the total abnormal chromosomes.Conclusion:It is necessary for female patients with infertility to take chromosome.
