Abstract Objective：To investigate the relationship of female infertility and chromosome abnormality.Method：132 female patients with infertility were selected， and karyotype analysis of the peripheral blood lymphocytes were carried out by standard methods， and G binding.Result：There were 10 cases of abnormal karyotypes which was 7.57% in all examiner.The Turners syndromes were the most common， 40.0% of the total abnormal chromosomes.Conclusion：It is necessary for female patients with infertility to take chromosome.
