Abstract Objective:To study the impact of autologous platelet-rich plasma gel treatment on wound microcirculation of electric burn patients.Method:90 cases of electrical burn patients in our hospital from February 2013 to October 2014 were selected as research subjects, they were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional fluid resuscitation therapy. The observation group was given autologous platelet-rich plasma gel treatment on the basis of conventional fluid resuscitation therapy.Wound microcirculation perfusion and wound capillary refill time before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, wound healing time and scar index were also compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment, the wound microcirculation perfusion of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the wound capillary filling time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the wound healing time and scar index of the observation group were less than those of the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: Autologous platelet-rich plasma gel plays a significant role in improving the microcirculation of electric burn wound,it can also reduce wound scar and promote wound healing.
