Analysis on Clinical Significance of P16,ER and CEA Joint Detection of the Cervical Adenocarcinoma and the Endometrial Carcinoma |

Abstract Objective:To observe and analysis the P16,ER and CEA protein expression in the cervical adenocarcinoma and endometrial adenocarcinoma and their clinical significance.Method:Immunohistoehemical method was used to detect P16,ER and CEA in paraffin-embedded tissues from 32 cases of endocervicaI adenocarcinomas and 32 cases of endometrial adenocarcinomas.The expression of P16,ER and CEA were retrospectively analyzed.Result:The positive rates of P16,ER,CEA in the cervical adenocarcinoma were 65.63%(21/32),28.13%(9/32),81.25%(26/32),respectively;those in
endocervicaI adenocarcinoma were various 9.36%(3/32),75.00%(24/32),43.75%(14/32).P16 and CEA in the cervical adenocarcinoma positive expression rate were higher than those of endometrial adenocarcinoma(P<0.05).Endometrial adenocarcinoma in the positive rate of ER was obviously higher than that of the cervical adenocarcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion:Joint detection expression of P16,ER and CEA protein has great clinical application value in the differential diagnosis of endocervical and endometrial adenocarcinomas.
