Abstract Objective：To discuss the effect of Aspirin joint low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of habitual abortion.Method： From May 2013 to April 2014，84 cases of obstetrics and gynecology clinic of habitual abortion in our hospital were selected and divided into three groups，group A， group B，group C in accordance with random digit table，each group had 28 cases.Three groups of patients were given different treatment，after treatment，the treatment effect of the three groups were compared.Result：The pregnancy，postpartum bleeding，abortion pregnant weeks，preeclampsia，gastrointestinal reaction and the incidence of thrombocytopenia of the three groups，the comparison results displaied no significant difference（P>0.05）.There were statistically significant differences in the absolate live-birth rate，live-birth rate，delivery pregnancy week，the incidence rates of abortion and ecchymosis among the three groups（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Habitual abortion choice of Aspirin joint low molecular weight heparin was significant improvement the outcome of pregnancy，significant clinical value，can be applied.
