Abstract Objective：To analyze the value of CT，MRI and MRA in the diagnosis of posterior circulation ischemia vertigo.Method：35 patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo were given CT，MRI and MRA examination.The results of the examination were compared.Result：The results of CT and MRI examination had statistical difference（P<0.05），MRA showed the types of arterial insufficiency.Conclusion：Magnetic resonance has important value in assessment of post circulation ischemia vertigo.
