Abstract Every year about 300，000 people in China was diagnosed as Alzheimers’s s disease（ AD），AD is a continuous pathological physiology process，including pre-MCI（mild cognitive impairment，MCI），MCI and dementia.Research shows MCI can progress to AD at a rate of 10%-15% every year.According to the experience from nursing intervention for diabetic patients with mild cognitive impairment in clinic，we wrote this paper which might play an important role to improve the quality of life for diabetic patients with mild cognitive impairment and slowing down or even reverse the procession of AD.
